How much does it cost to rent a house in Lekki?

You want to chill with the big boys? 😏
Lekki is an expensive neighbourhood in Lagos, Nigeria. I won’t even lie, things are expensive as fuck. For most of the people here, a big chunk of their income goes into rent.

A friend just rented a house at Prime water View Gardens 1 Estate off Freedom Way Lekki. Just a stone throw from my house. 🤐
Here is a breakdown

LOCATION: Prime water View Gardens 1 Estate, Street Markets off Freedom Way Lekki.
RENT: N3,000,000
SERVICE CHARGE: N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) per annum, payable to the Estate Management Office.

Note: This is just a regular house and it's not a luxury apartment or anything close.
